Joseph Arena, Esq.
Joseph Arena was born in Louisville, Ky., and spent his formative years in Mt. Laurel, N.J. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J. where he was awarded Rowan University’s Francis Peacock Medallion.
Mr. Arena earned his Juris Doctor degree in May 2007 from the University of Miami and was admitted to the practice of law in October 2007.
Mr. Arena began his law career as an associate attorney with Patti Heidler Ladwig, P.A. in Wellington, Fla., where he worked until September 2009. He then joined Chapnick Community Association Law, P.A. in Delray Beach, Fla., as an associate.
Mr. Arena concentrates his civil law practice in the area of community associations and represents condominium associations and homeowners’ associations. Mr. Arena is responsible for the prosecution and defense of association actions both at law and in equity in a variety of dispute resolution forums including, but not limited to, the civil courts of the State of Florida, voluntary and involuntary mediations, and binding and non-binding arbitrations.
When he’s not practicing law, Mr. Arena is an avid cyclist, attending numerous cycling festivals and riding for 50 and 100 miles at a time. He also is an accomplished musician and singer.
