Chapnick Community Association Law, P.A. is dedicated to the representation of Florida homeowners associations, condominium associations, cooperatives, deed-restricted communities, and time-shares. As the Firm’s founder, I began with one simple goal: to provide competent, efficient, and personalized service to my clients. It is my belief that the practice of law is a service with mutual trust and respect at its foundation. It is with that vision in mind that I have attempted, at every step of the way, to deal honestly and fairly with my clients, and to treat each one with the respect they are due.
